DSMA-0100 BASE NCBO Developmental Mathematics

The BASE NCBO Developmental Mathematics supports students in developing skills, strategies, and reasoning needed to succeed in mathematics, including communication and appropriate use of technology. Topics include the study of numeracy and the real number system; algebraic concepts, notation, and reasoning; quantitative relationships; mathematical models; and problem solving. This course will assist the student in developing the critical-thinking and problem-solving skills necessary for college level mathematics courses. Course enrollment requires granted petition from the department. Please email math.express@ctcd.edu for help. Must be taken at the same time.
