NATO Forces

An individual (nonimmigrant alien) who resides in Texas in accordance with the agreement between the parties to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and his or her spouse and children are eligible to enroll in Texas public institutions while paying the resident tuition rate. Students must provide proof that the family is stationed in Texas in keeping with the North Atlantic Treaty. Student eligibility should be established prior to the time of enrollment.
