DAAC-2307 Addicted Family Intervention

Examination of family systems focusing on the effects of addiction and recovery. Describe the effects of addiction on the family system; differentiate between various family treatment processes; identify the impact of addictive behaviors as they relate to diverse family structures; and analyze the roles of the family members in the addictive and recovery process. Therapeutic alternatives as they relate to the family from a multicultural and trans-generational perspective will be addressed.
