Final Grade Changes and Military Deployments

Any requests for final grade changes due to a military deployment must be submitted within 180 days from course end date to the CTC Associate Dean, Admissions, Registration, and Records. A copy of the signed military orders must be included with the request. The Associate Dean will initiate the change of grade request.
